I ordered a battery for my car online and it was sent to the wrong branch! Newport Wales and not Newport Isle of Wight where I live. I had an appointment confirmation and went to get it fitted only to be told I was at the wrong branch, I feel they should have questioned me wanting to drive from Isle of Wight to Wales and using a ferry during a pandemic when the order was placed. I do however, also take responsibility for not confirming this myself. However, on arrival at the Newport, isle of wight branch I was greeted by a man called Kev. He was extremely helpful in resolving the situation and obtaining a new battery for me and fitting it, his while manner and approach was brilliant.
