With help from their overseas (South Africa) call centre I received an immediate appointment for supply and fitting of a new bike tyre.Within 5 minutes of arrival Chris, service engineer at Rayleigh. started work on the bike and 20 minutes later I was mobile.My thanks to Chris, so polite and efficient; a credit to the company .
