I recently (10/4/2021) visited the Halfords Auto-centre in Acocks Green, Birmingham and was met with Dan on customers services. Dan was new to Halfords but quickly dealt with my enquiry. He was brilliant at the way he handled my booking for a new battery on my Porsche (having been let down by Halfords City Centre). He made sure everything was in order, arranged the fitting himself and above all was very pleasant to deal with and as such I decided to book my MOT with them despite being £20 more than Kwik Fix. Its not always about the savings, but more about the experience and the way people deal with you. I drove away very happy having had my car stand idle for 15 months during the pandemic.
