Booked for a dash cam fitting last week. Turned up at 8am as agreed for a one hour fitting to be told that they did not have enough staff and could not return the car until the afternoon. Cancelled the order to be told it will take 5 days to process this. Why the hell did they not notify me?
Complained to customer services who simply said sorry. Clearly could not be bothered.
