“He’s not trained to use the phone” - tried speaking to someone about my failed MOT as I couldn’t see what was wrong with the headlight (supposedly dipping but both looked the same, so I was curious) - was told I couldn’t speak to the person as they weren’t trained to use the phone.
Absolute joke.
