I got an appointment, 10 days ago, on 21 June, at 11:00,PE1 5AU to ceheck my e-scooter.
They send reminder 1 day ago. I got 2 reminder messages in the same morning. When I went there, they said that the mechanic didn't come that day.
I had cancelled my work, which costed me £ 120 for this halford appointment.
They offred me to reschedule the service for 10 days later without any excuse and apology.
I cant believe that this terrible and ridicuolus service belongs to a national chain store.
