Checked website before traveling to the Horsham branch to collect the item which it said it was in stock, only to be told that it was unavailable. The young assistant told me that it wasn't Halfords fault and they only do a stock take once a year, and his whole attitude was dismissive, and he said they get the same problem all the time. I asked to speak to a manager, and in the meantime another assistant tried to help by checking the website instore, and it said they had 8 items available, but he couldn't find any despite looking for them.
I find the whole experience unacceptable, this has happened to me on three previous occasions, and I think the whole experience is totally appalling, and the website a complete joke, and if it weren't for the fact that I have £60 worth of Halfords vouchers, I would never use the shop again.
