appalling attitude. all I was trying to do was unsubcribe from mailing. the website says use their live chat. the live chat doesnt recognise 'unsubcribe'. Called customer services. person said 'please hold' never came back. Tried again 2nd said I had to be transferred to head office to unsubcribe. unbelievable but 'tranferred to head office' meant left on a silent line for 6mins. rang head office reception who put me through to resolution team. An outgoing message that suggested it would be putting you through to someone then just cut you off. Will never use Halfords again if I can find another retailer. I never write reviews but thinking of joining Twitter just to explain how pathetic this is -just to stop me unsubscribing from a mailing.
