Your service is shocking.
I've booked and paid for "windscreen treatment" for 27th of December 10 am. Day before I got text message "Your vehicle RJ12EPZ is due at National Tyres on 27/12/2022. Please arrive 10 mins before. Track your vehicle's progress in the garage: ....".
I arrived about 9.45 and garage was closed. After 40 minutes I gave up and went back home. I called Halfords helpline to get refund but guy told me I get refund within 4 working days.
How can you treat customers this way?
To sum up, I waste 1hours, fuel and money for nothing.
