Purchased an e bike over a year ago, there were lots of issues with it, trips back to store, missed work days, I purchased a brand new battery that arrived and doesn't hold its power.
They don't answer the phone, you end up arguing with a customer service team the other side of the country.
The staff do not care they take weeks to resolve problems you don't get any money back for time wasted it's a bad retailer who doesn't care after they have their money
I regret buying a bike from halfords it was a mistake
