We booked our car in at Rayleigh with Steve for a diagnosis check.
Sadly the fault could not be found, but Steve kept us in the loop, whilst technicians did their best to find it.
After collecting the car, we were given a full refund, as it could not be found. So although we still have the problem, we were impressed by Steve's personal approach along the way and his teams efforts. Thank you !!
