I had a bike serviced and repaired under the gold service Halfords Worcester offer. After the first ride I took it back and said it was not smooth gear changing and fair enough the bike specialist took a link out of the chain. Next ride the Drive chain cogs fell apart. I took the bike back to the Worcester branch and they said it was not their problem and had to contact customer service. I contacted customer service after been put on hold for 15 minutes and they took details and said they would pass them on. I heard nothing back after a week and had to phone the Worcester Branch. The Manager said he could do nothing as customer service had said no to putting my bike right. So no one bothered to even contact me, secondly I'm left with a bike I cant use after a Worcester Halfords service, and no one at Halfords bothered to deal with a customer dispute. So far the customer service has been shocking. The Worcester branch saying they cant deal with it and customer services not dealing with it either. Have now phoned back and complained and want mediation
