Went to Halfords Balham. Had excellent customer service from Jonathan, he couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much for fixing my back wheel of my Carrera bicycle, even so when the store was extremely busy .I could not do it myself. I do enjoy cycling now and can feel how well the job was done. Also huge thank you to Ben , he works there as bikes technician. Thank you again for your kindness and help.
