Did not receive good acknowledgement of warranty issue. However after pressing they did agree to the repair. Asked for prepaid service to be carried out but did not do this after specifically asking for this to be written down.
Unable to contact depot to arrange pre paid service by phone Told to visit another depot direct by visiting as telephone booking of pre paid service not possible.
