Fantastic customer service by rachal at Oldham branch, she sold us a child seat after great demonstration on the in store set up,she then fitted the seat for uscheck car for suitability. When we decided to purchase rachal got product completed paperwork and then fitted the seat.what a real pleasure to be served so completely. Rachal was supported by her store manager who was selling cakes for charity on her day off. What a great team you have at this store.
