Appalling customer care! when I arrived the Manager (Halfords Bath) and I quote you are
15 minutes late! (8.45am) and unable to fit my car in that day?
I would like to remind you "HALFORDS autocenters to treat customers in this way, you
would be out of a job.
I will no longer be taking my vehicle in to any of your autocenters!!!!!!!!!!!!
