Bought a Karcher Portable Shower for cleaning our dog after rambling!...it developed a pressure fault....contacted Halfords who gave me contact details for Karcher who authorised replacement and it was replaced by local Halfords
store without any problems. Warranty reinstated from exchange date. Staff were brilliant as ever.👍
