I would just like to say that Gemma at the redditch branch is a absolute star!! She is a credit to halfords. I purchased a electric scooter on click and collect from store and she called me to tell me it was out of stock. She then searched all other stores for me and found one, collected it for me and called to say she had it in store for me now. Fantastic customer service and she should be awared for this, there is not many people who would go out there way for others. A credit to the company!!!
