Disappointing Experience with Halfords
I purchased an electric bicycle from Halfords in Bristol on Saturday, 9 November 2024. Unfortunately, while riding the bicycle to collect my children from school, the back wheel suddenly and unexpectedly locked, causing significant inconvenience.
I contacted Halfords customer service about the issue and was advised to return the bicycle for inspection. I returned it on 16 November 2024 and requested a refund. Unfortunately, despite the bicycle being faulty and unused since the incident, Halfords has refused to provide a refund.
This has been a frustrating experience, and I am disappointed with the lack of resolution. I expected better customer service and support from such a well-known retailer.
