Tried to test an ebike,turned up the bike wasn’t charged.
A few weeks later booked a second trial,got a phone call in the morning there was a problem with the chain,said it wouldn’t be ready.
I booked another one in a different branch for the same day and in the evening got anothe call saying there was a problem with that bike.
I tried to navigate their website to complain,i eventually got through and said if 5hey can’t get 3 bikes ready for the road what is their service department like?
I explained i will buy a bike but not from Halfords
