I took my car for diagnosis on 09/05/2025. They gave me the diagnosis and I told him to do the service, but I advised him that I had already changed the same parts less than 2 weeks ago with my mechanic and since it hadn't been resolved, I went there. He assured me that he would solve the problem. So I gave my car there on 09/23/2025 to repair the service. I only got my car back on Friday afternoon and the problem wasn't resolved. The mechanic told me to come back on Monday and he would try to resolve it. I took the car there today and when I went to pick it up, the person at reception said that it had already been done since Tuesday and that if I didn't pay, they wouldn't give me the key back. I needed to go to work, so I paid, but that's no way to treat a customer, let alone charge for a problem that wasn't resolved. I had also asked for the cables that were changed because I had bought them two weeks ago at Kia, so I was going to ask for a refund there because the cables were original and new. They didn't refund me either, I would like my money back or the problem solved because this shouldn't happen, they treated me like trash, I was disappointed with the service and the service that wasn't done
