Accidentally bought the wrong car radio from the Greenock store and went back in to ask if I could change it or if I would just have to buy another one and, I believe the girl's name was Debbie, was ever so helpful. It wasn't a bother to her at all. Had it all changed over in 10 minutes. Very pleased with the service!
