I went to halfords in sunderland for a wheel service and a spoke replacement. The spoke they fitted was a different colour to the rest and snapped on my next ride out. No pride in thier job the bike mechanic didnt even know the names of certain parts! Then they charged me £26 pound for a 50p part. Stay away, support your local bike store it will be a lot cheaper and the job will be done right.
