After lots of research on mountain bikes and bike racks for my car, I gave up and went to Halfords' store in Chelmer Villiage. They not only have a great selection across a range of prices, but they have friendly and helpful staff who fit the bike rack and serviced my new bike there and then. Superb customer service and products which made life a lot easier! 5 stars!
