So booked car in for mot, failed on something to do with breaks, but they cant tell me what for 3 days as thats the earliest they can check due to being short on staff. Fair enough, But they are still taking bookings for mot's today and the next few days!
Rather than doing more mot's how about you spend that time looking at my car?
Tried to say this to customer support who were no help, just obnoxious and then hung up on me! At no point was I rude, I just wanted him to see my point. To hang up on me is a disgrace. my loyalty towards Halfords is over.
