ordered online and it couldn't have been easier, the website had good pics and descriptions and got a text with the delivery to store date and time for my brake cylinder, ideal. then got a call from the store to say my part was in even earlier than promised so win win all round. well done Halfords! you often get stick but in my opinion you came up trumps!
