The staff at the Bishop Auckland store were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, when I went to purchase a replacement bicycle. Mathew explaining the pros and cons of the different types so I was confident that I had purchased a bike suitable for my requirements. Two days later, I collected the bike, assembled and adjusted by Jacob who even stayed late to fit some accessories. Excellent service.
