My customer experience at Halfords Telford Forge Retail Park yesterday was brilliant! From entering the store and speaking to Mel to the fitting of my Freelander head light bulb by Mathew was a flawless, old fashioned, polished service that you just do not get anywhere these days. These employees of Halfords have pride in their work and are to be commended for their customer service.
