Reserved 2 items online, went to collect only to be told that 1 of the items was in fact out of stock.
Went to till to pay for remaining item, staff member had screwed up order form and had to get it out of bin. Then told me tills were frozen. Left me stood there for 10 minutes. I decided to go elsewhere but girl on till was only interested in telling me it wasn't her fault.
Terrible customer service and pointless online reservation system, Halfords going to go bust if they continue with terrible service, companies like ECP will see to that!!!!
