Phoned customer service today. The duration of the call was over 45 minutes. I understand you are all busy due to this virus but I got hung up on. I urgently needed customer service and i feel let down. I have mental health issues and struggle as it is to communicate. This is unacceptable in any event. I have wasted what little money i had left to get some credit to get. I'm not on contract I pay as I go. Truly shocking.
