went into the bexhill ravenside branch today to buy a bike.
had a particular one in mind as saw it on their website.
i was the only customer in there 2 young lads behind the desk chatting, not on the phone or serving were not interested, no acknowledgment or coming over to see if i wanted help.
another customer came in for a bit.. same treatment and he left.
after about 15 mins i had seen enough, this branch does not want or deserve the business.
dread to think how many sales they are losing.
will get a bike elswhere... your loss halfords
