Rip off merchants. My sons bike only needed a new chain, but several days and several attempted up-sells later they are claiming it needs £90 worth of work (the bike is barely worth that). To top it all off they've accused me of lying as the quote yesterday was £67. Stay away from these arrogant lying money grabbers and try to find and local independents.
