I purchased a bike but because of Covid-19 restrictions could not enter the shop. I took home the bike which I had to self-assemble and within weeks the
gear mechanism was slipping and the bike became too dangerous to use.
I have had to book in for a bike check in order to get a refund, replacement or repair. This is most unsatisfactory. This whole process has taken up a lot of my morning!
