I went to Halfords Tottenham Hale to get have my bike ckecked (they offer free bike check to NHS workers so I thought I would take up the offer). I waited 45 minutes in to be seen although I had booked an appointment. The service was meant to take 30 min but I was told they had two other bikes to ckeck before mine so they adviced to leave my bike in the store and come back later. I told them I had a minor issue with my back brake. When I picked up my bike, it was exactly the same (rear brake had not been fixed). Poor service, do not bother to take your bike there for a free check.
