In May my daughter asked everyone for Halfords vouchers for her birthday so that she could buy a bicycle. Friends and relatives gave her £360 of vouchers. She went online to order the bike but at checkout she could not use the vouchers. Thank you Halfords for taking everyone’s money to buy vouchers online but not letting them be used. Strange that you can take credit cards though. Any valid reason for this or are you just another one of the bad guys exploiting customers and blaming Covid for everything?
