I went into Halfords in Cheltenham retail park.
I had an awful scratch on my car and was kindly helped by Ross he was so helpful to help me find the right paint to cover it up.
I hope he gets some recognition for this, as he went out his way to come into the car park and see the scratch on my car to make sure we ordered the correct colour paint for my car.
By far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a Halfords branch.
