I have had the most stressful experience with this company. I was in contact with someone called Charlotte who was quick to reply daily however, when I realised they were in fact unable to assist me with what I required (even though this was made clear from the outset) I requested a refund and now communication is awful. Shock. They confirmed my refund will be processed but I have been waiting over two months now for this and am constantly chasing them up. I should not be having to do this! Someone eventually got back to me to say they are having problems with their bank account and have been unable to process payments. This is very concerning... I was promised my refund would be processed by Tuesday but I still haven't received it! The customer service is horrendous. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
