The service we got from Molly Balmer was excellent. She got us samples from all the vendors we were considering buying pens from. Molly was prompt in responding and following up on the phone when I missed an email. She went out of her way to get the art department work out a better imprint for us. Still have to see the final product which is on its way but from the digital pictures we got, it seems the pens look pretty good with our imprint.
