I found what I wanted on the website but the shipping was going to cost more than half of what the product we wanted costs so I started looking elsewhere. Jan called me inquiring about the fact that I registered but didnt buy anything and if I needed help. She found a few alternative options and helped me secure one that was a great fit in both quality and price. She was very helpful and patient as I weighed the options and made a decision. I recieved my products in about a week and they look great!
