Hammock universe provides crappy hammocks that can't attach to trees unless you get extra attachments. Unlike the hangout place in Vancouver bc that includes all you need. Hammock universe has absolutely useless support and wouldn't accept a return. Please save yourself the headache and don't order from these people. In the meantime if anyone wants a useless hammock let me know. However I would recommend you save your time and money and get a proper hammock that can actually hang
