A full list of issues from start to finish, some before our wardrobes were even fitted. Wrong wardrobes firstly delivered, cracked mirror, missing parts for weeks & terrible communication from the customer service team/fitter.
Also when they say it will be installed in a day it took them over 30 days to do ours but they then said they allow a 30 day period for issues?! Why not advertise that clearly?
I sent a list of over 10 different issues & after chasing them I had a call from the Compensation team who offered to give me a £50 refund. It was insulting/ridiculous considering the amount of issues we had & how expensive the wardrobes were (£2500+) !!
She eventually gave a £100 refund but was very reluctant & not sympathetic at all.
I would NOT recommend Hammonds to anyone & have already told a few people.
Avoid if you want a smooth experience.
