Absolutely terrible experience, after waiting 5 months for the wardrobes, the first time they cancelled at the fitter quit, the second one a week later didn’t turn up due to family issues and was coming the next day, at 5.15am we got a text saying his son had covid so had to isolate for 10 day, the whole experience has been a nightmare and we can’t get hold of any one. Lisa who is our contact doesn’t answer the phone or call back. They don’t seem to have a clue or care and there is only one number to call if you have a problem and you can only speak to someone if you have an extension. Big mistake going here avoid if you can.
