Useless customer support, average workmanship and terrible follow-up service dealing with snags.
Hammonds is not cheap but the level of customer care and the quality of the end product is not up to scratch. I wish I had done more research into the customer reviews before deciding to go with them. My advice to any prospective customers would be to avoid the headache of having to deal with the incompetence and disorganisation that come with Hammonds.
