What a mess. It took them 7 visits to my house over 10 weeks to get the right furniture fitted. They were always very apologetic on the phone, but apologies don't get furniture fitted. At the end they offered a paltry £300 for all the failed fitting appointments and the damage they caused to the paint on my wall. Shocking. I've gone to the Furniture Ombudsman to get a better settlement.
If you choose to deal with them, good luck, and keep notes of what is said in every phone call and agreement.
