My biggest problem with a review, is that I have no idea that the item was delivered, or in fact when it was delivered. The problem would seem to be more with Parcelforce, as the tracking number given did not open up the promised information or in fact work. I do not even know if the item has even been picked up, or of course as I mentioned, delivered on time. i.e. the Friday as promised. I would still like this information to determine the efficiency of your Company.
