“I was very happy with the ordering process, communications from the company and with the hamper itself. Sadly, dpd failed to deliver on the specified day. The hamper was a wedding gift that missed the wedding! Very disappointing. The couple are now on honeymoon and some of the items are perishable and will not be edible by the time they return.”

Hi Mrs, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m very sorry to hear the hamper didn’t arrive on the specified day. Having looked into this we can see there was a delivery attempt made on your requested delivery date (2nd Oct) however the recipient was not home. A calling card was left by the DPD driver and following this, the customer rearranged delivery for Monday - and also changed the deliver address. “Hampergifts is a pleasure to deal with. I ordered baskets for cousins in the UK from the US. The website was easy to navigate, offerings were plentiful and reasonably priced. I received updates from the carrier as to status of package through delivery. All in all, a great experience. Thank you!”

“Really lovely, great quality. The only thing is that the lid doesn’t stay up very well when putting things in and out of the basket - perhaps a ‘stay’ would sort this out. Otherwise, it’s a great product.”
