“I was very disappointed with the delivery of the gift. Actually, the recipient was lucky to get it at all as the gift was dumped outside a random house a half a mile or so away from the address. Only thanks to the kindness of the people there and pure luck - they posted information online and the recipient saw it by chance - the parcel arrived. As much as the gift was appreciated, the delivery experience means that I won't order from you again.”

“The purchase was delivered on the date promised by the company. Wish I had the opportunity to pick my own desired delivery date as it was a gift and I really needed it arrive on a different date but had no opportunity to choose my date.”
