So very disappointing. A gift from family in USA. I haven’t told them as they would be upset but I believe what they paid was scandalous. The one star was purely for presentation only. Contents certainly not ‘top of the range’, in fact the quality was so poor, I felt perhaps they were out of date. No one liked the chocolates - they tasted very cheap. I’m not one to complain but feel upset for family who gave gift in good faith.

Very disappointed about my order i ordered Thursday 27 of July scheduled to deliver in August 1st but end up scheduled the delivery on the 2nd of August its for my friends birthday. I wanted that order delivered on her day. Not a vert happy customer.

Dear Rege Thank you for your review. We have checked the tracking and DPD did attempt delivery on 1st Aug as requested at 11:28am , however there was no one home. The driver left a calling card, and delivery was attempted the following day, successfully :) We do hope this information helps Best wishes Hampergifts Team

extremely disappointed , ordered a sweet & savoury gift tower & they sent soap ! I felt embarrassed when the person called to say it was soap ! and there was no way they could use that , i have tried to call the customer service number and left a message & no one has called me back , will not be using this company again !!!

Ordered hamper for daughters birthday. When it arrived ingredients had leaked all over contents had to throw it away. . Tried to make contact by email no replies no answer still waiting buyer beware.

Do not use this company. I have waited for over 10 days for a hamper for my daughter. I’ve tried to get a replacement twice and it still hasn’t arrived. They are incompetent.

I ordered 3 hampers for family in Hertfordshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire. The delivery date was to be 16th December and I received an email confirming this. The snow fell and another email warned that there would possibly be a delay in delivery. However, yet another email on the morning of 16th December gave me the time slots for the 3 hampers and I was amazed to hear that each delivery was made within the allocated one hour time slot. The hampers were very well received and exactly replicated the photo on Hampergifts website. Incredible efficiency and great customer service every step of the way. I highly recommend Hampergifts and give them 5 stars as I am thrilled with the service received. I will certainly use them again. Many thanks!

I ordered x2 Christmas Surprise Hamper Baskets but only 1 has been delivered. After raising this issue i was told that i would receive the second hamper over the weekend or Monday at the latest..... It's now Tuesday and still no second hamper.

Specifically asked for delivery on Monday but it was still sent for Saturday spoiling the whole surprise. Very poor service if cannot process the order in time better go somewhere else.

Thank you for your email and I am so sorry to hear this arrived early. To deliver on a Monday we need to ship on a Friday using a "next working day" service with DPD However during this period of extremely high volumes in the parcel network, DPD are often putting on extra drivers and upgrading parcels to a "Saturday / Sunday" service , at no extra charge , just to keep ahead of any backlogs. We are also seeing delays of a day or so with some parcels. For future reference you can use the DPD tracking email to change the delivery date back to the Monday. I am very sorry again for any inconvenience caused

The hamper was fine.It was the delivery that always lets you down.For the second year running the courier could not locate the address.Surely he is provided with a navigating device or cell phone.That address is not difficult to find.It was for my Cousin’S birthday.I gave you plenty of notice to make sure it was delivered on the right day to the address given to you.It was finally delivered the following day.Her phone number was also included.Disappointed to say the least.J.R.

Hi Christopher Thank you for your feedback. I have checked this delivery and can see your recipient changed the delivery address on the 16th Sep. Perhaps they had moved house and were no longer at the address you provided? In any case yhey used the DPD SMS notification to change the delivery address. They were not home on the 20th Sep, so DPD tried again the next day and Im pleased to see the parcel was successfully delivered on the 21st Sep. I do hope this information helps. Did not deliver it to the correct address left hamper with a random neighbour! Then didn’t return email. Wonder what would happen if I sent the payment to one of hampersgifts neighbours.

We always reply to our customers quickly :) As for the delivery I am very sorry DPD delivered to a neighbour. I can see your recipient was out at the time of delivery and DPD will always try a neighbour first, before taking the parcel back on the van for re-delivery the following day. I purchased a nice sized hamper to be delivered to my CEO and his wife for their birthdays. The first delivery attempt said no able to deliver, it is a hotel, unless the hotel doors were locked, that is not possible. I reached out to explain my disappointment and was told it would have to be the next day. Again, the delivery attempt was not until evening and the hotel never received the item. My boss and his wife were leaving the hotel the next day at that point and never received the item and the item cannot be located. When I look at the reviews for the delivery service, dnd uk, they have 1 star. I would not order from this company if they are going to use a service such as this to deliver their gifts. There are too many other options. Extremely sad and out $200.

We are so sorry to hear this didn't arrive on your selected date. DPD tracking shows it was delivered the next day at 1pm, please do check and let us know if you have any further issues ASAP so we can chase up with the depot.

Disappointed ...I requested delivery on Monday 28th, notification was that hamper was delivered on Saturday when minimum staff would be on duty.

Was expecting a hamper delivery on Friday for an occasion but they sent out a wrong hamper. So ruined my occasion no compensation or anything was just told to send it back ans they will refund. Will definitely won't be ordering again. So didspaointed

This has to be the worst hamper I have ever received. The food in the hamper is all non branded and is no where the value spent on it. This was a Xmas gift from my employer and was so bad I gave it to my postman

Hello, I received a hamper gift with chocolates and nuts. Very well presented so was excited to see what was inside. Opened the hamper and there was a jar of honey roasted nuts. They tasted off and the chocolate were something you would get from the pound shop. Tasteless products. I would not recommend these hampers to anyone.
