I ordered 3 hampers for family in Hertfordshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire. The delivery date was to be 16th December and I received an email confirming this. The snow fell and another email warned that there would possibly be a delay in delivery. However, yet another email on the morning of 16th December gave me the time slots for the 3 hampers and I was amazed to hear that each delivery was made within the allocated one hour time slot. The hampers were very well received and exactly replicated the photo on Hampergifts website. Incredible efficiency and great customer service every step of the way.
