I was very pleased with the service provided by Hampergifts.co.uk. Although thee was no telephone communication at all but I was kept informed throughout by emails soon after I placed the order about the delivery schedule etc. Very efficient.
My only minor issue to point out is that when I first phoned, the voicemail message simply told me to go on line. It would have been nice to ask me to leave my number and someone will call me back.
